Evaluation Process

In order to be listed on the RAID database, and therefore for details and a profile to be seen by potential customers, each developer must undergo a rigorous assessment process. A minimum of three sites must be submitted covering the specialisms the developer claims to have. So, for example, if only brochure-style sites are submitted, the developer will be assessed only as a provider of same and will not be returned on searches for e-commerce.

All work is independently assessed against the RAID scoring system and, providing the minimum score is achieved, the developer will be accepted onto the Register.

We can also organise further training through our specially selected training partners who, between them, can provide upskilling opportunities in all the elements evaluated by the RAID system.

Assessment is undertaken on a yearly basis and there is an annual fee of £395 + VAT for the initial assessment and registration process.
